Courthouse Day 1 .....

So I hear there was much whining going on in the courtroom Thursday. The Smith's lawyer argued desperately to have their accounts unfroze, probably wondering when (or if) he was going to ever get paid. The judge didn't feel any sympathy. I'm sure the judge could see right through the BS. We can all be certain that they have a stack of cash under their mattresses.... Wayne's cash that is. Its sickening when you think about it. They are crying about not being able to access the money they stole from Wayne. They are paying their lawyers with Wayne's money too.
Go get 'em Wayne! I'm so grateful to you for seeking justice against this family. They have hurt so many people and none of us have ever been in the position to fight them back. I am behind you 100% and look foward to the next day in court for you.
I would personally like to disclose all the details of how this family has hurt me, but I need to know that they have been sentenced and going to prison before I feel safe enough to speak out. I'm sure there are others out there that are in the same position. For anyone that feels they are, please know that I have shared the details with Wayne. I hope it helps in any way to prosecute them. The more information the authorities have the better. I encourage anyone else to contact Wayne with any details of what the Smiths did to them.

  1. Trooblu44 are we going to be updated after each court date? I think you are doing a wonderful thing here. Thanks again for giving these people who have been wronged a voice. You are awsome!!!

  2. o.k. I have sat back and watched and read all this arguing. It has been too much. Now, I have to speak. I am a very distant family member of the Mccurleys. Let that be known. One thing I know for sure is that Wayne Mccurley trusted the Smiths. It is ironic because on the few occasions we got together, the family would tell him to be weary of Dianne. But, he kept believing in her. How does that make her feel? Really! As a wife, a woman, a mother. God is watching her. He knows everything she is trying to hide. Her only saving grace with him is to admit what she has done. She should fear court, and jail. But, God is her last hope. Life here will go away one day and all the money too. For all you Smiths, Heaven is there. God loves you. He wants you to be true to him. I know Mr. Mccurley loved the Smiths. He thought alot about Dianne and Charles. I have seen the papers. I know what the feds have. This is your last chance. Come clean! God help you!
